Exceptional item and must have for pet parents!
Disclaimer: This review is based on earlier purchase of the same item. Current order is yet to be delivered. Buying this item for the third time. It’s so incredibly useful that I just don’t understand how other pet parents manage without this. Excellent quality, durable, value for money, and fantastic design. Very highly recommended!

Good option ! Easy to clean
I recently bought this and I feel it's a good product if one wants to avoid the job of pee pad cleaning every other day. Seller has provided the assembly instructions very well with it and it was easy to install. I bought the biggest size for my lab :) The only issue with this I am facing is - the grass is coming out and if puppy eats it then it's gonna be fatal. Also if its coming out at this rate, then how much time will this grass matt will last ...I wonder ??!!

Useful product for pet parents
My pet needed very less training to start using the pawspot toilet and there is no looking back. It is very essential for pet parents especially people who don't have continuous access to a outdoor space. This has a saved a lot of time and since it can easily be cleaned with water so hygeine is also maintained. I love this product and would recommend any new pet parent to try it.

Great product
Perfect for small apartments. Works exactly like I thought. Just height of the platform should be increased and some locking mechanism should be provided on the legs to stop it moving. Great packaging by the way.

Could have been better
The idea is good, but not executed well. The urine does not drain properly from the mat or through the drain. If your dog is a heavy user of the tray, cleaning the grass and tray will be a messy affair.

Very easy to use and train, however please go for the one with sprinklers as if not occasionally watered by us, then it will start to stink!
