They provide great support and cushioning

Replaced soles in a pair of running shoes. Excellent choice - vastly more comfortable run. Fit great and 100% lived up to the description - 100% functioned great and as advertised. Felt and looked great - high quality.

These insoles are a great design - excellent cushion, and support. However, if the show has any arch support in the base sole of the shoe, this insole will not work. There is a firmer plastic shock absorber that underlays the heel of the insole, that extends forward along the arch. If the shoe has of its own built-in arch this plastic will cause discomfort. At least it did for me on one shoe, but not another shoe. Just be aware!

I used these in two pairs of shoes. The first one was a New Balance running shoe that I totally wore out. I walk about 3 miles a day, including stairs. Good shoes/insoles are VERY important to me. When I replaced the NB insoles with these, I could tell an immediate difference. They were definitely comfortable, but much more firm than I was used to. The NB's that I had were definitely cushy. At first, I was worried that these were too firm, but after a month of walking my feet, knees, and legs still felt great. These were also much thicker than the original insoles, my feet barely fit in the NB's after I replaced them. Things were definitely tighter, but not unbearably so. One strange note: these made an odd "squeaking" sound (more like a farting sound) with every step. It was definitely due to the NB's I had though, probably rubbing against the inside somewhere. I also used them in a pair of non-running shoes that were so worn and flat that I couldn't wear them for more than a day. These are now my main shoe again thanks to these. They are more comfortable than when they were new. I usually replace shoes about every two months, but these will at least double the life. I've been using these for nearly two months and they're no where near worn. AWESOME insoles!!

These are probably the best full sole get/air cushioning insoles available. They also outlast the shoes they are insert in. I have two pair and they have lasted 4 years; with a small hole developing in the top fabric near the heal on one pair; but the cushioning has not been affected. I play tennis with them 1-2 times a week so they are being pounded. The main negative is that they don't have much arch support; they are fairly flat. As good as I think they are; they only provided me minimal improvement for my foot pain. I can't walk barefoot on house carpet. I had a Morton's neuroma removed and still have severe pain from the metatarsal heads of my left foot. I tried adding many different gel pads above and below these insoles. I have finally found that I need to prevent the metatarsal heads from having much pressure on them. I accomplished this by Spenco Total Support Original Insole Spenco Total Support Original Insole, Women's 11-12/Men's 10-11 and placing two stacked Dr. Frederick's Original Metatarsal Pads Dr. Frederick's Original 2 Piece Metatarsal Pad Set - Ball of Foot Cushions for Rapid Pain Relief (after cutting the toe ring off) below the insole and behind the ball of my foot. The metatarsal pads give the most support if the long dimension is lengthwise in the shoe. The combination of these two products (both purchased from Amazon) transfers most of my weight onto my arch (which is medium-high) and prevent much weight being placed on the Metatarsal heads. This is the best my feet have felt in over 5 years.

Fit in my shoes very well. Provide good arch support. Soft, yet supportive.

The Sof Sole Airr Full Length Gel inserts are okay. I purchased them for my son's cleats and initially they were very comfortable. The inserts were true to size, they fit the shoes well (not too bulky) and have a nice grip to the bottom so they don't make noise or slip around. They felt well made and a looked like a quality product. My son had positive things to say about the overall comfort and performance. He did not mention any unusual sensations about the heal gel so I figured we were all good. Unfortunately after less than a month of use (2 times a week) the gel pad in one of the heals has already begun to dissipate. I have ordered replacement inserts and am hoping that it was a defect considering usage in other reviews. If the inserts were flat in the heal once the gel wears out, then it would not be as much of a problem, but there is a cavity where the gel is supposed to stay. We will give them another shot but my suspicion is that they will not hold up to the abuse.

So I have many insoles for my ruining, soccer shoes. I have several of the thicker (blue /yellow) models as well. These are great if you are looking for a thinner fit and I have them in my soccer cleats and my soccer indoor shoes. Both fit tight and these are.thin enough to.fit well both on top of existing insole (glued in) and as a stand alone when I can remove. Pros- size, easy to make a custom -Material is good quality and doesn't move around in the shoe - padding- good in.heel area where I need the most I find these to see degree help to eliminate the day after pain I get from playing or running on hard surfaces. I have used these in top.of the line shoes from most all brands and always see a better result. They also.dont add much weight or bulk like other models including other Sol ones. If it's you want super cushioning and don't need a slimmer version these may not be for you. If you want enough that you will get benefits but need thin as well these are perfect

Love these. I had ordered another pair of sofs and they were not comfortable at all, hurt my feet after a long day at work but I ordered these and they're the best purchase I've made this year.

Excellent for long distance (10+km) running on road/ pavement/ cobblestones. I got these for my half marathon training. I found them very comfortable and cushion-y. The insoles don't look too big or soft when you feel them in your hands, but I immediately felt the difference when I ran. Took me a few runs to get used to the insoles because they were heavy and increase the heel drop. Overall great for long distance running offering just the right level of support for heel. Cons: they make the shoes feel very heavy and tight. I suggest using the insoles in shoes that are atleast 2 sizes big or have a massive toe box.

Realmente me sorprendió este producto. No conocía la marca así que la compra fue más a riesgo, pero creo que valió la pena. Padezco fascitis plantar y realmente me han ayudado mucho, puedo caminar, correr y saltar sin ningún problema (tienen una cubierta extra de gel en el talón que te ayuda a amortiguar muy bien los movimientos). No suelen guardar humedad así que no necesitas lavarlas seguido y como recomendación muy personal, procura tener dos pares de plantillas, para poder intercambiar.
