Dry, hard, poorly pigmented, doesn't blend or build. The only thing it manages is drop glitter randomly and leave you wondering WTF!? Not user friendly in any way.

Anyone who is looking for a natural-looking eyeshadow, one with that angelic clean no makeup natural look-but with a little punch-this one fills the bill.
