Sunny Health & Fitness Twist Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands

This was unpacked and assembled very quickly in a couple of minutes. It’s of a very sturdy construction and although new suspect it it very long lasting. I think it is good value for its money even the elasticated parts for the arms are good. My only slight issue is the digital display can only be zeroed by removing the battery. But that isn’t a big a job but just inconvenient. I bought this for the winter months as I usual walk most days while there is some day light. Early days but I think this will work well with the rest of my exercise routine. I would recommend buying this if you are looking for a stepper.

Had it a few weeks, it's well made and gives you a hard workout, BUT it squeaks a lot, as soon as you get on it the mouse wakes up it's not very good. Spoke to the company who told me "If i am lucky" they will send me replacement parts, which I will need to fit. I asked if it was April 1st. I work in IT I should not need to take the unit apart and replace the Gas Cylinders should I :-(

It's great fun to use. I found a YouTube video of a fun workout that worked perfect for this stepper. Cons: you can't change resistance in the stepper. The knob will change the hight of the stepper peddles but i didn't feel like that made any changes in residence but one could do deeper stepps if it's higher setting, which came in handy with that video I was watching and working out with. Oh, the stepper counter counts every second step, so for me it counted all my left foot step. This doesn't matter to me as I'm not counting the steps, but this info might help those who does. I only used this once so far. It felt really nice, easy to set up, easy to use. I will see if I can change the length of the bands as I need them slightly longer for my long arm I can quite do a full bicep curl up. But the resistance in the bands are really great and I'm feeling my arms today. If you find the right posture you will feel your glutes and quads on fire, it just takes a bit of practice. Over all, I'm very happy so far. Come back for an update later on, when I've used it for a while.

Very strong piece of equipment, and if you can manage it you'll definitely get your steps in, easy to use and assemble. However not great if you have arthritis

I really wanted to like this stepper, but the unit I received had several noticeable quality issues. When I checked the bottom of the device, I found thick, sticky oil leaking from the hydraulic cylinder area. It wasn’t just a light residue—there were visible clumps of hardened oil around the bolts and joints, which made me worry about long-term durability and safety. The welding and paint finish also looked rough and uneven, giving the product a “unfinished” feel. Let me guess. The factory is in China. The stepper itself works, but the condition in which it arrived was disappointing.

Has been doing wonders on my weight loss journey! Only fault is the twisting version advertised suggests an additional work out on your waist which TBF it does a little bit but not, the resistance bands are so light and long their not worth the attachment, they helped me get used to the machine with my balance but I use my weights and it has done wonders for my body! I love how small the steps are, they fit perfectly by my bed for when I watch TV and work out whilst my doggies are sleeping under the covers! The foot pads are comfortable, I have flat feet so was pleasantly surprised that my feet don't ache when using this machine which is a huge hindrance normally. I love that you can set different endurance levels, very durable machine, could do with a bit more resistance as I'm now maxed out! It could also be improved by making it easier to modify resistance whilst working out as I like to do intermittent training but honestly with those minor downfalls it's the best machine I've used for its size especially compared to others on market. I used to be 89kg and in 4 months got to 82kg (just over a stone lost) so not bad going. It's a bit pricey but worth it if you lack space, hate working out and are a heavier individual who needs to get used to working out! Or even if your already fit and want to vary your sessions

I use this almost daily, it’s so good! I weigh 252lbs and I’ve had no issues with it. I’m also a size UK 8 shoe size and the foot plays are massive. Someone with larger feet could use this step machine. You can adjust the stiffness/ resistance/intensity for a better workout. The step machine itself is slightly on the heavy side but nothing outrageous, you can move it from room to room if needed. It comes with floor grips so it can be used on different surfaces. The only downside I would say is the squeaking noise after time. I’ve had mine for more than 6 months and the squeaking noise started but I can ignore this as I usually have music or the TV blasting while using it. I’ve managed to hit 145/150 heart rate in this little machine which isn’t too shabby! I would recommend for sure

I’ve been using this health and fitness stepper a lot, and I love it! It’s super easy to use and perfect for those days when I’m not in the mood to go out for a walk or hit the gym. You can get a solid workout right from the comfort of your home. The added resistance cords for your hands are a great bonus—they allow you to train your arms and upper body at the same time, making it a true full-body workout. It’s also very intuitive, even for beginners. Price-wise, it’s great value for money. Definitely a smart and practical addition to any home workout routine!

I just bought this last week and have used it 4 or 5 times so far. I love it! It was easy to set up, and it comes with helpful instructions for assembling and using the device. It gives you a good walking workout if you can't or don't want to walk outdoors, making it very convenient to use while watching TV. The red knob allows you to adjust the range of motion to give you a smaller or larger step. I have the red knob set to the maximum range of motion to give me a larger step, but just keep in mind that your step count won't be as high as if you set the knob to a smaller range of motion. I have not yet used the app, as I'm a person that doesn't like to have to download an app and create an account for everything. But, I have been very pleased with the built-in computer screen on the machine, as it seems to do an effective job of tracking my steps taken, calories burned, and amount of time spent on the machine. Plus, it is also very easy to reset the computer at the end of your workout by simply pressing and holding the small red button on the screen. The machine seems to be durable and high-quality, so I expect that it should last for a while. Given the price, I'm not expecting this to last for years, but it seems to be a decent piece of workout equipment for the low price it is. I strongly recommend wearing shoes while using the machine, as opposed to using it in socks or bare feet. You'll likely slip if you just wear socks, and you may hurt your feet and toes if you use it in bare feet. If you misstep while getting onto the machine, it can hurt your feet. Don't make the same mistake I did, and be sure to wear shoes! :)

I bought this step 2 weeks ago From the first 10 minutes I knew this could be a great one So far I am extremely satisfied It is very flexible to use while watching TV or so and I immediately feel the effect After 1 week I heard a slight squeaking sound that immediately disappeared after a minimal use of silicone spray

Version achetée le 2 octobre 2025 : la version 05 (torsion droite-gauche des hanches) Ce modèle est vraiment top. Tout est parfait. J'ai remis quelques gouttes d'huile (une dizaine) dans les deux pistons deux jours après l'achat car il en avait besoin, mais on est maintenant début janvier 2026 et depuis il reste toujours aussi silencieux. Et pourtant... je le sollicite ! 60 minutes par jour en 4 fois 15 minutes à un rythme soutenu (je fais un peu plus de 2300 cycles par jour). Il est parfaitement stable sur son support en acier véritable (ce n'est pas de l'alu, et il est plutôt lourd à déplacer bien qu'il occupe une surface assez réduite au sol. Aucun risque de se retrouver déséquilibré. La roue (rouge) de réglage remplit bien son rôle. Elle est efficace. Et elle ne se dérègle pas à l'usage. L'afficheur remplit tout à fait son rôle. Je ne l'utilise qu'en compteur de pas (disons plutôt compteur de cycles, un cycle étant un pas droit suivi d'un pas gauche). Je n'utilise pas les autres fonctions, elles me paraissent inutiles sur l'afficheur étant donné qu'il faudrait descendre du stepper pour changer de fonction... ce qui casse complètement le rythme régulier qu'on doit avoir sur un stepper pendant une session. Je n'ai remarqué qu'un seul bémol : le chronomètre est mal calibré. Je remets à zéro le compteur chaque matin (par un appui de 5 secondes sur le bouton rouge avant de commencer ma journée), et chaque soir à 22 heures je me contente de noter sur un tableau Excel le nombre total de cycles effectués dans la journée au fil de ces 4 fois 15 minutes (donc pour un total de 60 minutes pour la journée). C'est le plus important (le reste je m'en fiche). Mais j'ai simplement remarqué qu'à la fin de la journée, une fois les 60 minutes totales écoulées le chronomètre du stepper m'indique systématiquement non pas 60 mais 53 minutes (pour la durée de mes sessions de 15 minutes j'utilise tout simplement mon horloge électronique murale, elle est radio-pilotée donc parfaitement juste). Le chronomètre du stepper est donc mal calibré. C'est sans aucun incidence sur la qualité du stepper, il faut simplement savoir que son chronomètre est mal calibré (ce dont on se fiche puisqu'il ne sert à rien). J'ai aussi acheté le 25 octobre 2025 un exemplaire du modèle 03 pour mon épouse. Il est rigoureusement identique au 05 à la simple différence que le modèle 03 est sans torsion droite-gauche des hanches. Et son chronomètre est lui aussi mal calibré. Avec, ha ha !, une dérive différente (de 4 minutes sur celui-là alors qu'elle est de 7 minutes sur le mien ci-dessus. Je n'ai essayé la fonction Bluetooth ni sur l'un ni sur l'autre. Sur ces deux modèles achetés, mécaniquement c'est de la top qualité et le compteur de cycles est parfaitement juste, c'est le plus important. Je recommande donc très vivement ces deux modèles.
