We were propping our bikes against the house so thought I'd try this bike rack and it works beautifully. It's not mounted to the ground but I've had no instability issues with 3 bikes on it. There is enough space for 2 mountain biked and a beach cruiser. The assembly gives you an option for narrow slats for narrow tires or wider slats. I chose the wide slats and the tires set stable in the space with no problem. The basket on top is helpful so we can keep tire pump or bike covers folded up in there. There are hooks on the sides if needed which I haven't used yet but love the versatility and sturdiness of this product. The price was great too. Assembly was easy too (I did it while watching a movie) but I did find I needed a bit more space than I thought so give yourself room. The price was great too!! I would recommend to a friend.

Good: easy construction, simple design, multiple wheel widths accommodate road and mountain tire sizes, sturdy enough to hold heavy e-bike stably. Basket is a nice touch. Extra fasteners were included. Bad: You probably can only fit two mountain style bikes (not three) as the rack is two narrow to accommodate wide straight handlebars. The box and styrofoam packing is inadequate to cushion the heavy metal - my package arrived with broken styrofoam and (as a result?) the accessory basket was mildly bent. Still functional but could have been worse. Overall I’m pretty happy with this for the price and was lucky I could tuck my road bike in between the MTBs.

For less than $100, this is a nice bike rack. Ships in a small box, easy to assemble, and is perfectly capable of storing two full size adult bikes on the two outermost storage slots of the rack. A third full size bike could possibly be stored if placed in the slot "backwards" so that the handle bars don't collide with the other two, but I have not tried that as I only have two bikes to store. An additional pro is that the frame would easily hold a mountain bike or other bike with fat tires. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the metal is very lightweight. It feels like aluminum or another similar lightweight metal. This makes it easy to put together and move around, but it also lead to some bending of the frame during installation when installing the screws, and time will tell how well it stands up to the elements (we have this on a covered outdoor balcony that will occasionally be subject to moisture (not direct rain). Also, while I don't personally have this in a location where theft is a concern, I wouldn't trust the frame itself to stand up to a bolt cutter. All in all, quite pleased with this purchase. It is very nice for the price.

Assembles fairly easily and holds the bikes up. But it's so flimsy and light weight that it moves around all over the place each time you want to remove a bike or put a bike back on the rack. I'm going to keep it and use it since it's already here, but if I had to start over I would get a different more sturdy rack.

Though it has spaces for more, using it for more than to bikes creates issues with overlapping handlebars.

I have three boys and for years I’ve tried my best to keep up with outside equipment. This product stores bikes, helmets, balls of all types and looks very organized and not scattered all over .

The bike stand is well made and quite sturdy. It is well designed and the assembly directions and materials were excellent. Maybe I am nitpicking, but, I take issue with the word 'adjustable' used in the product description for the width of the bicycle slots. The term 'adjustable' generally means that the width can be varied continuously, using some lever or some other means. In fact there are three possible widths, and choosing which one to use must be done when assembling the stand. Changing the slot requires undoing some bolts and moving one one of the vertical rods and retightening the bolts. For a road bike, the middle width is the one to use. I have two bikes on the stand, with the middle width for the bicycle slots on the two ends of the stand. Works fine.

Works well for both road and mountain bikes. Compact but fits three bikes without interference if the middle one is facing the other way. Solid yet light enough to move easily. Fast assembly with good instructions. Highly recommend for organizing garage space.
