How do you know what a good size tank is ?

This is the one my professional mechanical contractor sized for my 3000' square foot 2 1/2 bath house. It's been flawless for 20 years and I decided to replace it because after that time the bladder must be leaking to some extent. That and a new well pressure switch, and I'm like new again.

Does this have the quick disconnect?

Yes it has a quick disconnect and they give you a spare one also..
