Fits, charges and works great. Be careful removing the existing battery, I damaged my screen a little while prying, do use a hair blower to apply heat.

Battery fried my motherboard
This battery is not supposed to be replaced. I replaced mine anyway with this replacement. My new battery powered on my phone. Then when it died it wouldn't charge. So I put my old battery back in the phone and it wouldn't charge or power on. The new battery fried my motherboard and I was out my 350 phone. DO NOT USE THIS BATTERY
