One of Pluto's ears was broken upon arrival.
I like the item. It is cute. My only issue is with the way it was packaged. There is insufficient packaging in the original box to protect Pluto's left ear, which sticks out. It arrived broken. Also, the box was shipped in an envelope rather than another box with protection of some sort. I didn't return the item because I expected a replacement would arrive the same way. We glued it back on. Not perfect, but will do.
