Great stuff for people that have cortisol and need a little help. It is very effective, specially when taken during the morning. If it is taken later in the day, it might affect sleep quality.

I give it 4☆ cuz i didn't use it. But this company has great products. It just wasn't DGLgreat

I am assuming you have done your research and it has landed you on this product. If for some reason you are not sure what licorice root is used for, make sure to do a quick online search. The one thing I will mention is, do not take too much of this or for an extended time frame. It is safe to use BUT It can cause the thyroid to become under active/over active and possibly cause Hypothyroidism/Hyperthyroidism if used too much like said. It can cause worsening affects if you already have either or. Look up the recommended dosage and how long of a period you should use it for.

I was advised to take this to help with a stomach ulcer but the side effects were terrible. I took two tablets a day for around 10 days and my potassium levels lowered giving me really bad headaches and fatigue. It also caused swelling in my face and legs. From research it seems that Licorice Root is not suitable for everyone.
