Good Vit D Supplement
My favorite Vitamine D+K supplement. Love that it has D plus K. It’s a small pill so it is easy to swallow. It is a good dose amount according to my doctor. No bad taste or smell. I haven’t noticed any help with har growth but I have noticed it helps improve my mood as someone who lives in the ever cloudy PNW.

I received my vitamins quickly and they were packaged with bubble wrap to keep the bottle safe. I appreciate this larger size for my family. My local grocery store only carries the smaller bottles. Thank you

Worth every penny
I was advised by my doctor that I needed to increase my Vitamin D levels. I always attempt to take an holistic approach before taking prescribed medications. Since I found this brand of supplements to be beneficial, I decided to try the vitamin D supplement. Mega Foods has quality in every supplement they offer! My energy levels have increased, the pill is small so it’s easy to swallow. And the best part of all… my levels improved!! I think I had been taking the supplement for 2-3 months by the time I saw improvements. The price of Mega Foods be may pricey but it’s worth it
