I've tried different brands but nothing compares to the unique flavor of Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce. So many other versions by other brands are either too sweet or lack the right flavor. I add it to my Peanut Thai Chili noodles ( chickpea and quinoa) and it's like comfort food. When I make meatless burgers this sauce adds the right amount of flavor and heat. Even though I don't care for overly hot sauces, I enjoy Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce and I tolerate the heat. When I saw a four pack of 18 oz bottles I jumped on it. It's so versatile you'll want to include it in so many dishes. Finding the right amount to add is up to you. If you eat eggs, try some on the eggs for an amazing flavor experience. One caveat is that it contains sulphates as in Sodium MetaBiSulphate which is a nonorganic compound and people with a sensitivity to sulfites should be aware of this. I always get this brand when mine runs out. I love the taste. It has a great heat, but does not lack flavor. It adds a nice zing to anything that is lacking something.

Love this sauce
I can’t believe I slept on this sauce for so long. Amazing in soups. Garlicky and a little spicy. Can’t live without it now.
