Very good for around £16 and they light up your room well. The app that comes with it (HappyLighting) is really good and lets you have basically any colour compared to the remote. You can also control the lights with it from way further away than the remote. They are extremely easy to use and they fit well (as long as you make sure you have the right length). They are good quality for what you pay for. It gives your room a nice touch letting you control the colour and vibe.

I have just put these up in my sons room, was very easy to put up until i got about halfway round the room and the stickiness was coming off the peeling strips so couldn't stick them to the ceiling. I did have to use double sided sticky tape for about 10cm and the stickiness came back and I was able to finish the room with no problems. The lights are great, loads of different colours and I know my son will love it!

The lights are great, very small and easy to put up. The adhesive on the back is great, just make sure the wall is clean and dust free. There are so many different colours to choose from you can choose the colour that suits your mood, so they are very versatile. They look great once they are up, and even when they aren't on because they are so small they don't look out of place. It does say you can cut them but I didn't need to because my room was a big room. I brought the 30 metres which did my living room and around my TV, which was just enough. They are very durable and come on a reel, which was very good because you don't have lights all over the place when you're putting them up. They are well worth there money, and I would recommend them. The only downside to mine are the remote isn't working. So I would say use the app but only one person can have the app on their phone. It's easier for me to have it on the phone because I will be able to turn the lights on as I'm arriving home, in the winter and as I'm getting to the front door. The only reason for the four stars is because of the remote not working. If it was working it would have been a five star review.

I am very happy with this purchase. The item arrived on time, was exactly as described, and works perfectly. The quality is excellent for the price, and it has exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to others and would buy it again.

Long and great quality . Easy to connect

I purchased these as I was decorating my sons two bedrooms and wanted some led lights like this or similar to stick around the top of their walls and/or celing. I bought these ‘Amazon choice’, led’s for my eldest from Amazon due to the great reviews and the fact of them being Amazons choice for £19.99 for 50 meters. Meanwhile my youngest son bought a 5 meter strip from Costco for £25. I was so pleased with my bargain deal but like the old saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’. The quality difference is shocking. The Amazon ones are on a thin cheap flimsy piece of two sided sticky tape with a tiny led light every 5 inches or so. We had enough to go all around the top of his wall, down past the door frame on both sides and then there was just enough to come back along the wall just about skirting board. They look really good and you can change the colour with an app on your phone. The light they give off though is rubbish and within a couple of weeks of being on, one of the LEDs has already failed and is stuck on red and won’t change colour anymore. Younger son purchased expensive branded leds from Costco for 5 meters costing &25 or just over. His light strip is thick and made up of larger far superior led lights. There is only enough to go from the wall beside the plug up and across the ceiling above the main wall and his bed but you can buy more packets and join them up together easy enough. They come with a mini remote control that he puts by his bed and a little box near the plug that you can use to turn the lights on or off. The light they give off is so much better. They are like night and day! The Costco leds are as bright as a main ceiling light In a well lit room. Having seen the massive quality difference I would not recommend these lights on Amazon as they are way too dark, the light they give off is like very weak and dim. My advice is to save up and buy the better quality led lights.

I bought these expecting decent room lighting with some fun color options. What I actually got was a very typical budget LED strip experience. Not terrible, not amazing, and definitely not something I would call high quality. Setup is easy enough that anyone can do it. Plug it in, connect the app, and you are up and running within minutes. The app works fine. It is not polished, but it does what it needs to do. Colors change quickly, the remote responds without much delay, and the music sync is more entertaining than I expected. It reacts fast and is good for parties or gaming setups. Now for the part most people actually want to know. Brightness is average at best. These are mood lights, not proper room lighting. If you think one strip is going to replace a lamp, it will not. They look best in darker rooms where you want atmosphere rather than visibility. The build quality feels exactly like what you paid for. The strip itself is thin and a little fragile when unrolling it, so you need patience during installation. Rush it and you could damage it before it ever goes on the wall. The adhesive is hit or miss. On very clean, smooth surfaces it holds. On anything even slightly textured, expect sections to start sagging sooner than you would like. If you are doing a long perimeter around a ceiling, plan on using clips or extra tape unless you enjoy re sticking lights. Color consistency is fine for casual use, but if you are picky you will notice some shades look better than others. Whites especially are not very convincing. Another thing people should understand is that long LED runs like this often lose a bit of brightness toward the far end. It is not dramatic, but it is noticeable if you are paying attention. So here is the blunt verdict. These are not trash. Trash would be something that fails immediately or is unusable. This works, it looks good from a distance, and it delivers the basic LED strip experience. But it is absolutely a budget product. Buy it if you want affordable ambient lighting, you are decorating a bedroom, or you just want something that looks cool without caring too much about perfection. Do not buy it if you expect premium materials, strong adhesive, or bright functional lighting. Also skip it if you are obsessive about fit and finish, because this is not that kind of product. Think of it as decorative, not dependable. If your expectations match the price, you will probably be satisfied. If your expectations creep toward premium, you will start noticing the compromises very quickly. I hope this review helps you decide whether this is the right choice for you.

Keep in mind that - the lights are not that bright considering there is long spaces between every piece of LED - No protecting cover for the LED strip - No cool effects whichs boring kinda but they do work just fine. if you want something simple and not too bright or crazy effect + a fair price this is it for ya.

After one month up, now they are unable to change colour, glitchy, and ready to completely stop working, not worth the big expense price

Stopped working after the 4th time to having them on, it was a big job to fit them in the place I put them, it took a lot of time... they were lovely for the 4 times they worked... but stay away if you want quality get something else...

Terrible, the adhesive for the LED was stuck onto the white part you put in the bin not the actual LED. It only happened half way through so I had to take the whole thing down and throw it away

Zero stars. Had to select one to post review. Purchased just over 2 months ago. Several of the lights are broken. The company website is no longer working. How do I get a refund please?
