BISSELL SpinWave Pet Hard Floor Corded Spin Mop, 20399

Every once in awhile a product comes along that eases a work effort and the SpinWave does just that. I have ceramic tile and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flooring. The unit is very light weight and very easy to maneuver in any desired direction. It will even get to that hard-to-reach area under the floor cabinet overhang. The Pet cleaning solution cuts through dirt with ease. For light marks 1-2 passes removes them. For more difficult caked in marks, 3-4 passes should remove them. For extremely difficult marks, pass over them a few times and come back later to allow the solution to soften them up. The motor runs very quiet that you won't disturb anyone, while cleaning. Cleaning is super easy as you can run the pads under hot water, scrub by hand, and wring the out. I recommend cleaning the pads between large sections of the floor, rather then doing a whole room. I found this makes for less residue left behind. Remember, this is no different than moping. Compared to moping, the liquid left behind is so thin that the floor is dry in no time. In fact, I did the 6x10 entry way of our house all at once and by the time I got to the end, where I started had already dried. Re-Installing the pad can be a challenge unless you know the secret. On the underside of each pad are two creases going from edge-to-edge forming an X and a faded dot in the very center dissected by the X. On the unit's scrubbing disks are the same matching lines forming the same X and in the center a screw. If you fold the pad in half (scrubbing side in) and line up the crease and faded circle with the a line and screw on the scrubbing disk, it'll be perfectly centered every time. Once you've figured this out, it'll seem obvious. I cannot say enough how great the product performs for the price. Plus, there was a 50% coupon in the box for a 3-Pack (three 1-quart bottles) of Pet Formula. What would have cost $32+ was $14+. I have plenty of cleaning liquid to last quite a long time.

I bought this floor scrubber last year after dealing with an elderly pet who kept having accidents. It was a game changer for me! It's easy to use and it does a great job cleaning up the floor. Our floors are wood but I'm sure this would do a good job on other floors. I am very pleased with this floor cleaner.

This is a wonderful product. It's lightweight, easy to use and cleans our vinyl and tile floors beautifully! I'll be buying extra pads so I don't have to rinse them out every 10 minutes. We have 2 dogs and live in a rural area- our floors get DIRTY. I am so happy to have tried this floor cleaner!

I am happy with the spin mop itself. It is easy to use and does a good job if you rinse the pads often. I ordered the pet version which costs a bit more than the other. The only difference I could see was the cleaning solution which is why I ordered the pet one. It came with two 8oz. bottles of regular multi-surface, not the pet cleaner. So if you are going to order the Spin Wave Pet save your few dollars and order the regular one.

Love it. Very easy to use. Doesn't use much water. Doesn't leave streaks and the floor dries fast since not much water is used. I have back pain and can't do mop and buckets anymore. This saves my back at a lot. Only issue is that it has a cord and you gotta move the plug around but that's not really a big deal.

This was the easiest mopping experience I've ever had. When I received the box, the "assembly" instructions were literally just to attach the wand that was already in place with a cord, it could not have been any easier and more straightforward. You literally just fill the tank and there's two spots that mark fill lines: one for if you're only doing a small area of cleaning and one for a larger area of cleaning. I initially used the larger foll line because I was doing my entire kitchen and dining nook, and to me I thought that was a large area, but apparently it's not because I didn't even use half of the tank. When you turn the machine on, it's kind of self-propelled and has a lot of maneuverability. It took me maybe 2 minutes to get a hang of how it was going to move itself and about 15 minutes to mop the entire area. (I probably could have done it in less time but I wanted to make sure the floors were super scrubbed because my kitchen has been sticky lately). I used the scruffier pads on my vinyl floors and I didn't get any scratches or anything. The floors dried pretty quickly too. I attached a video of cleaning one of the pads off in the sink with some Dawn dish soap and high water pressure. The entire process, start to finish was so so easy, it was honestly more tiring to move furniture around and vacuum first. I especially love that this unit stands up on its own and I can leave it standing and walk away and I don't have to try to awkwardly prop it up against something. I know somebody left another review removing a star because you have to put your foot down on the head to angle it for maneuvering, but I think that's silly, it's definitely a preferable way to use this device. I wish I had purchased something like this a long time ago, and Bissell products have never let me down, literally never. It came with two small bottles of cleaner and I used about half of one those the first time, but I know I will be using vinegar, lemon and water mix in the future. I'll try to get a video the next time I go to mop but it probably won't be for a while now that I've knocked it out 😅

Easy to utilize, cleans floors well with little effort, stores in small space, lightweight. A back saver.

Pros: I usually use a spin mop on my hardwood wood floors and title. This made it so much easier on me! I have one bad wrists and a worst wrist. Actually having another surgery on the worst one next week. This is a self propelled mop and it made life so much easier. I just guided it around the room. It didn't put to much water on the floor, it was just the right amount. It cleaned the floor better than the spin mop, not quite as good as doing it by hand, but who has time for all of that? It was super quiet, way quiet than I expected. I mopped while my granddaughter slept in the same room. I can also mop while holding her. The water tank holds a lot more than expected. Cons: The chord is shorter than I would have preferred. The solution that it came with is just okay. Easy fix is too use my normal brand. It doesn't get into the grout too clean the tile floors very well. But the title floor itself is very clean. The scrub pads are easy to remove and to put back on, however the are held on by velcro. I is a must to have an extra set of pads or when you remove them the Velcro will become less effective. Bad design flaw there. This will NOT replace sweeping or vacuuming before use. If you want a combo this is not the machine for you! It will only push dirt or debris around it will not vacuum it up. Overall, I really like this mop and am happy with the purchase! I'd recommend it.
