Thick, flavor is wonderful
The flavor of this extra thick balsamic is fantastic! While I normally go to an oilery to by these types of balsamic vinegars, I gave this one a shot and love it on salads and as a marinade on steaks/pork - drizzle on top after the meat is cooked. I did sign up for subscribe and save so get more than I need. But my children are happy to get any extra I don't need - lol

GREAT FLAVOR but $$$$$
I Love Ellora products! This is the Best balsamic I've ever had but it comes with a high price. Good thicker viscosity and AMAZING full-bodied flavor!

Now Our Forever Favorite Balsamic Vinegar!
Just what I was looking for! Sooo yummy! We have spent years trying to find a balsamic vinegar to replace the one we used, (but went out of business). My husband and I are so excited! A world renowned chef turned us on to a little known secret; he used a brand that was priced comparable to this one from ELLORA FARMS, but just as good a flavor and texture as balsamic vinegars priced over $100. When they went out of business, we thought we would never be able to afford a great quality balsamic vinegar again. UNTIL TODAY! This is wonderful! It's rich in flavor, not tangy. The texture is more towards a glaze. We can't wait to try the infused oned!

Very good Product
I bought this for the 1st time. A beautiful slim tall glass bottle. I make the salad dressing with it adding EVO and other ingredients. THis can be use for desserts too. The seller was generous to send two tiny samples of other flavors too. I like it We'll buy it again.

Delicious Balsamic!
This balsamic vinegar is delicious. I am really enjoying it on salads and on sliced tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, basil and olive oil

Just ONE bottle, photo is misleading
The product is pretty tasty and nice and thick. However, I was most disappointed to have only received one bottle. Yes, the text says "package of one" but I didn't read all that - busy life these days. I just looked at the picture, and it's misleading to say the least, since it shows two bottles. Yeah, a buyer might want to see the front and the back of the bottle, but that's usually done by having a second picture, not a picture with two bottles.

THE BEST BALSAMIC
If you’re looking for a heavy syrup with great taste this is it. Stream lightly over tomatoes & mozzarella or a simple salad WONDERFUL!!
