Great wax for chalk paint. Easy to work with.

Used this product to seal after I painted and used a dark wax to finish the dresser. Followed the directions and it didn’t leave streaks or anything. Smooth and easy to use. Value was good since I was able to finish 2 full size dressers and have plenty left. It’s been 6 months and they’ve held up great. Not too thick, just right!

Love this wax! I used black to add depth to a very flat paint used on a dresser I refinished. The wax did an amazing job of adding character and sealing. Now I’m painting a huge picture frame to contain a white board space for my kiddos. The picture shows the amazing transformation. I add the wax and then rub it in with a lint free cloth. It’s forgiving, you can add and wipe off as needed. Then let set and voila!!

The wax is rather hard, which surprised me. I have bought other waxes before that were a lot easier to use. I painted a frame and did not feel I needed to use the wax brush that I have, since the frame was not very big. I tried to rub around the top of the wax with the cloth I was using, but was not getting much on my cloth, so I ended up using my finger nail to dig some out of the can and dab it around the frame and then rubbed it in with my cloth. It is a nice wax and did what it needed to do, but I would not consider it easy to use because of how hard it is. I also don't think it is worth the $ they charge for such a small can.

This product was easy and simple to use. I just wish it would’ve came with a brush to apply.

I'm an amateur furniture renovator. And also experimenting w/o the chalk paint. This product put the finishing touches on an old wooden kitchen chair. The results were remarkable. Extremely pleased with this product.

Great product. Get the brush! Only issue I had (which is MY issue NOT the product) is my dog keeps licking it lol. Only sharing in case you have a dog. She is fine it never hurt her (thankfully it was safe, she is fragile and old), but she's licked it anywhere she can reach so now it looks uneven. I'm ordering a more permanent finish now.

Excellent product! Renews the natural wood beautifully and to a slightly darker shade.

I softened the wax by placing the can in a container with very hot water so that the wax was easier to extract. I even used an old toothbrush to get into the carving grooves. The paint was a charcoal Color but turned darker with the wax, which is exactly what I was going for. Happy with the results. Can’t wait to get the upholstery part done.

I like this wax it is easy to apply and is 💯 natural. No odor and you can apply it on natural wood orchalked painted furniture

Grey wax over black paint. Goes on well but definitely changes the entire color to a silvery gray with black undertones. It hardens after several days. I purchased a 2nd container of clear wax to use for future applications on these chairs so they will maintain the current shade yet stay protected. One tin did 10 chairs andc2 pedestals so it goes a long way! Easy to apply with a short bristle wax brush. Soft cloth to wooe off excess.
