This has done a great job to date heating my new barn conversion; it is only 2.2 kW but it soon has the room warmed up and I can dial it down to less than 1 on the settings. It's light weight and the outside does not get hot. At the end of the day it is electric, but this pulls its weight.

Love this, silent powerful heating. Takes about 15 minutes to ramp up, but once it does, it'll have you boiling. The great thing about this is that it doesn't make the room more humid like the radiators do, for some reason. The low temperature kick-in works nicely too, and it has a nice range of power settings. The extension lead could be longer, and it's silly to have the controls facing the outlet. (Make sure you work out how much it costs to heat at full power for an hour! It's 52p for me!!) EDIT: I had to disassemble the thing to re-affirm a connector at the element that was burning, this can happen when a connector is loose. Not a recommended thing to do for the non-tech-savvy. The 'grip' of the connector is now corroded from the heat and I think the whole thing won't last 6 months but it's kept me alive through winter. Now what's killing me is the electricity bill!!!

This is a good basic heater. It works and functions well to add heat to a moderately sized room. The heat produced is very good and the heater does it's job well. I don't have the exact measurements for it, but it doesn't take up too much room and is of a standard size for this type of heater. I find it easy to move and not too heavy to manoeuvre. The heater appears sturdy enough and at the moment the heat is consistent. The heater looks well and would match with any decor.

Everthing works well and this is a great product, the only thing to watch out is your electricity bill: Gas is billed at 12p per unit and electricity at 25p per unit, so if you run it at the highest setting (2200W), using it for just one night (8hrs) will add £4.4 to your bill and over a month this is over £130, so beware to avoid unexpected month end shocks.

Heater worked well for 3 months. Yesterday it stopped working. The light comes on, but noheat comes out. The return window is only for a month. Very disappointing.
