Minor benefit for me
Switched from papaya enzyme to this because of the multiple enzymes it contains. I didn't really see any difference from the papaya enzyme alone. I do like that it's more concentrated, so you don't have to take a handful of pills, but I was hoping for a more noticeable improvement in the digestive process.
