Don't stay in place if you switch shoes
These are cushiony, and might work but they slide around unless you use the little glue tabs that came with them. Since I intended to switch them around in different shoes, they are not as useful. If I glue them into one pair, I'm sure they would be fine.

Not happy with product
Had heel cushion like this before but they were made of foam and had adhesive so they stayed in place these gel ones don’t so they don’t stay in place not happy with them.
