I suffer with with depression stress and anxiety and I have been taking the ashwaganda for almost three months, the only thing I have really noticed when I think about it is that I’ve been a little more energetic and it’s helping me to keep regular but that’s all I have noticed I’m also on medication for my depression so it may be that I haven’t noticed it’s effectiveness because of that, overall I don’t want to stop taking them because I do feel like there is a difference regardless of how significant it is! Definitely one of the better capsules on the market in my opinion!

For the past couple of years I was trying to fix my disturbed sleeping patterns as well as fatigue and brain fog and was buying different supplements. Until one day I felt badly out of breath and really really unusually fatigued. I honestly couldn't climb a flight of stair! I was panting so hard. Got my blood checked and it turned out I have a very low red blood cells count. Meaning I need to take iron tablets, a massive dose three times daily. I bought these to help with my sleep pattern and hopefully to give me some more energy. I've heard about this herb before and tried it once but at much smaller dose. I've only been taking these for 3 days, so can't say much. Didn't feel difference on day 1 and 2 but on day 3 after taking it I felt really sleepy and kinda light-headed/dizzy, so I think I will start taking them before bed.

Good product. I have been using it since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020 to help me cope with the lockdowns (1, 2, 3) and keep me more emotionally stable throughout. This product definitely has some benefits, although I am not sure if this can be attributed to just this product or the fact that I use it in combination with other vitamins etc. It definitely makes me feel calmer and more composed under all sorts of stress (work and otherwise) and the sleep is much better. I will keep on using it for as long as possible. Maybe there’s not much of a benefit and it’s all about how you project this product upon your wellbeing, but there’s no any harm in it either as it’s all natural and the ingredients have been used for centuries now with the well documented health benefits one way or another. I think everybody should try this to make up their own mind. To each their own, I guess.

Well, this had an effect on me, but not the one I hoped for! For the first couple of days, I felt very relaxed, but after a couple of weeks I felt completely lifeless and not bothered about much. I carried on with the gym and I managed to train harder, but felt no great sense of achievement. I then began to feel extremely depressed, at which point I stopped taking the pills. I have a history of depression so I can recognise the signs. It was about a month before I started to feel all right again. Without a doubt, Ashwaganda works well for some people, but for me it just didn't. I will say there are warnings aplenty about Ashwaganda, so I went into trying it with my eyes open. The product itself is absolutely fine, well packaged and good quality, so no fault of the seller that I had a bad reaction.

I have been young this exact product for month and a half now and I can indeed see change in my stress levels. I am less anxious in stressing times, I don't seem to be that emotionally bothered by every negative thing that's happening and overall I can for sertan say that it indeed affects your stress levels for good. I take 1 pill per day, it's enough, I like rhis brand, will buy again, highly recommend!

Estoy muy sorprendido positivamente. Tengo que decir que soy médico y que por tanto intento ser objetivo y realista en general. Arrastro problemas a la hora de dormir tanto de conciliación como despertares y desvelo. He tenido que recurrir en muchas ocasiones a benzodiacepinas y otros hipnoticos de la familia como zolpiden que me sacaban del apuro ayudándome a dormir 5 o 6 hs aunque no fueran muy reparadoras o implicasen cierta resaca por la mañana. Llevo hábitos saludables con comida sana en general y ejercicio. Sin variar nada salvo la toma de una cápsula diaria al mediodía con la comida o con la merienda he empezado desde el día uno de tomarla con un dormir magnífico: concilio rápido, me despierto menos ..pero si lo hago por ej para orinar luego me duermo sin problema, es reparador y me siento como hacía años...mucha energía desde la mañana a la noche y sin estar somnoliento durante el día. Obviamente esto es solo mi caso y no supone una evidencia científica. Pero no suelo escribir reseñas y en esta ocasión tenía que hacerlo. Por supuesto consulta con tu medico si lo empiezas a tomar por si llevas tratamientos farmacológicos con los que pueda interactuar. Saludos.

Ein super Produkt, hilft mir enorm, besonders in Kombi mit dem schwarzen Pfeffer. Schlafe viel besser, weniger innere Unruhe. Habe auch ein anderes Produkt gekauft, höher dosiert ohne Pfeffer, aber kein Vergleich. Werde dieses Produkt wieder kaufen.

Sto assumendo questo integratore naturale dal 1° aprile e ho preferito aspettare prima di recensirlo, per poterne valutare davvero l’efficacia. Utilizzato con costanza, ho notato benefici concreti: mi sento più energica durante il giorno e riposo molto meglio durante la notte.
