I purchased the item it came on time, but for some reason didn't work. I contacted the customer support staff and they replied within the first few hours, and sent over a brand new device. The device works perfectly, fingerprint was easy to install, the passcode was easy to set and most importantly, the customer support along the way was top tier.

I really like the quality of this safe. The fingerprint scanner works very well I’ve had another brand that would never work with the scanner, but this one works every time. I like that it has a code and key to open it as well for backups. It’s easy to clip to something solid so it can’t be stolen, and fits nicely under a car seat. The company is very good to work with if you should have a warranty issue. They reply quickly and are very helpful with any issue that might arise. It has excellent quality, especially in this price range.

I bought to use for a gun and I found it easy to set up the digital code and fingerprint access. It was easy to access quickly. I liked the compact size so I could carry with me when I was traveling. The customer support is very responsive if you have any questions or issues.

It's design is elegantly superb, the lockability of it is amazing, the password is easy to make, the space is decent have yet to get a handgun for it but will eventually, and from the looks of it it seems to be very durable. I like the fact it also has a spare key in the box just the same.

Good sturdy safe. Like that you can have multiple codes to open. Fits two handguns. Easy access. Just what I wanted. Love the digital print feature. So easy to open.

Programming codes and fingerprints is a breeze, the instructions are clear and straightforward with little to no room for error, the safe itself seems sturdy and durable with plenty of room to fit 3 mags (2 of which are extended) and a compact pistol with a bit of room to spare. The speed at which the safe pops open upon finger print is quick enough where I'm confident in an emergency situation I'll be able to access my firearm when needed with no hassle. The keypad input obviously takes longer but it still really responsive and the fact we can program multiple sets of prints and codes makes it easy to plan for emergencies. My only real issue is the fact the safe runs on 4 AA batteries (which I likely skipped over in product details as I don't recall seeing that listed), but I suppose that's more a personal gripe than anything as even without batteries powering the keypad/print scanner I still have the key which pops the safe really quick. I feel an improvement could be the addition of a solar strip/magnetic charging option to at least power the fingerprint scanner in the even you the batteries run out and you don't have access to the key. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product and will update in a few months to a year if I have any issues or find any faults. Would recommend though as a entry safe

I will be comparing this too the Vaultek VT20 pistol safe as I now own both. I will start by saying the value of this safe is excellent. It appears well built and I could not find any visible flaws. It came very well packaged. The buttons are large and the biometric feature works very well. I was actually very surprised at how well the fingerprint reader worked to open the safe. I was also pleased it stores up to 20 different finger prints. The inside of the safe is spacious and it is lined with nice padded material. It locks securely and positively and it springs open very well. Let me get down to the comparison; The VT20 was almost exactly twice the cost of this safe. And if I had opted for the biometric version of the Vaultek, the Vaultek would be nearly three times the cost. I can confidently say the Vaultek is better in every way. The Vaultek is nearly twice as heavy, has double walled construction, has internal hinges, and two locks which appear twice as thick as this safe. The padding is thicker and better on the Vaultek, it has rechargeable batteries(this one uses 4 AA batteries which are not included), an internal light, lighted buttons, and an app which helps you change settings and reset the safe in case of tampering. With all of that being said, If you are looking to have a quick access safe which will keep a firearm safe from children at an inexpensive cost then this will do the trick. If you want more features and a more secure safe, AND are willing to spend 2 to 3 times as much, buy a Vaultek.

I have had this case for several years and am very happy with it. It is very responsive to unlocking with biometrics and fits perfectly in my night stand. I would happily purchase again!
