This does a decent enough job, better than using a flathead screwdriver or some other random tool, that’s for sure. If I was on an extended range session where I was loading a ton of magazines, I would much prefer the Uplula/Maglula device, which I have had in the past. This is universal so it saves you a ton of money if you have a wide variety of magazines, and it’s very small and light if you want to save space in your range bag. For my current needs (PRS, hunting), this is just fine. J.Ja

I shoot a 1911 45 acp. The first 4 rounds load easily but beginning with the 5th round each round is more difficult to load especially the 8th. Perhaps it’s my 68 year old hands? Anyway, it works to certain degree for me personally.

There wasn't enough stars to say how great this is for me! I like the man who invented it, also have virtually no use of one arm and hand. I shoot both a 9mm and a .45 so it's very handy!

It is handy

Neat ammo magazine loader and well thought out. As pictured. It takes a little getting used to it, but works as intended. Only 4 stars as I don't think it's any faster than the typical mag loaders available, but it is universal for most pistol calibers if you only have room for one or to keep in your pouch/field box. I had trouble keeping the bullets on it when the mag was getting full and the spring tension inside the mag increased, making it hard to align and push the next round in. If you have dry fingers like I do, this might not be for you. On the other hand, it is a brilliant idea if like the originator, you only have one hand or are handicapped in such a way you only have the use of one hand. It definitely has a place for those in need. That said, it's small, lite weight, universal, and works fine enough I'll keep it in my range bag for GP. A little pricey for what it is but a worthy investment. Particularly for those fellow shooters that find other types of mag loaders inconvenient or impossible to use. YMMV... Enjoy!
