They are excellent quality cards come with a picture of each move you are doing and help you improve your technique as they give you information that will help you get better skills. Great little add on gift for gymnast.
My daughter received these in her stocking along with a gymnastics mat for Christmas. This was such a fun add on for her. It gives her skills to practice, so if she is looking for a little help or activity to do on her own they can give her a clear path and ideas. She keeps them on her bookshelf and uses them from time to time when practicing. Some are easy for her and some are a little harder, but she enjoys them. Great little add on gift!

I LOVE this game, ended up laminating the cards as they are easily wrecked by over-eager gymnasts but it's a super fun game for warmup + conditioning!
