Good quality silicone baking pan. My first use was for sticky flapjacks, the mould didn’t stick at all and washed so easily, definitely easy to use. My only issue was it’s quite flimsy compared to some and needs to be supported by a baking tray/tin. Otherwise No complaints and a brilliant buy.

Great for not sticking and ease of cleaning but very flimsy and difficult to handle. I need to buy a baking tray to put it on to keep it from wobbling as I put it in the oven

Although I'd looked at silicon cookware in the past, I'd always dismissed them as cheap and cheerful so never bothered, but my favorite old tin was looking well past it, and I just couldn't find a metal one the right size. Looking at recipe's online I noticed that many cooks were using them, so reluctantly I purchased one so I could make brownies and flapjacks. The cake mould arrived the next day as promised, and my first impression was a floppy imitation tin, but I thought I'd try it out making flapjacks. It was a very floppy thing I put in the oven, but quickly learned to place it on the oven rack and then put the rack into the oven. Wow! my flapjack cooked a treat! Removing the flapjack was a doddle as the mould was flexible, and then the cleaning. Again Wow! I've now used this mould a few times and took another reviewers advice and now place the mould on an old pizza base in the oven. My regret is, I do wish I'd bought two as it would have worked out cheaper.
