WARMGLOW Portable Gas Heater 4.1kW - Indoor, Grey

The biggest factor for me on buying this heater was the fact that the hose and regulator is ALREADY fitted to the heater, which meant i simply added the gas cylinder switched it on and instant heat. I already have one of these heaters from a different seller - over 12 years ago - and it is still working great. The difference between this one and the old one, is in the ignition. This new heater needs 1 x AA battery for the ignition to work, whereas, my old heater did not. However both the new and old heater work great. I am very pleased with this new heater it looks great, heats up living room and dining room very quickly, and it's brilliant to get some instant heat when required. I highly recommend this heater. I purposely paid for the gas to the house to be disconnected. I think it is outrageous how the energy companies (on the mains grid) behave towards their customers. They appear to think they are the gods of the energy world and no one can touch them! ie a monopoly/oligopoly. Well may i suggest get rid of them and their standing charges - let alone outrageous gas prices - and have more control of when you pay for heating.

What a great little fire. Ideal for our wooden gazebo. It let's out a lot of heat. Only ordered it yesterday and it arrived today in perfect condition. It is slightly flimsy but if you are gentle with it its fine. Would highly recommend. It is easy to turn off. You can reach the back easily. I had the province cast iron calor gas heater before cause I liked the look but this gives out more heat. Great price.

Fantastic fire for the price. Pre built and very well packaged. We did have some difficulty getting pilot light to ignite and in the end, hubby cleaned pilot light with a soft brush and warmed the pilot light for about 5 minutes using a long handled lighter which worked a treat and have had no problems since and it now lights first time every time. Heats the room really well on one bar and considered we live in a victorian building with 15ft ceilings this is amazing and will definitely save us a fortune by not having to use the electric heaters.

I am very satisfied with this product. 😁 This wasn't the case when I first turned it on, with a new bottle. 😔 The Pilot light didn't look quite right and seemed to take a long time to even remotely make the element glow. Also, I couldn't get it to light either of the other elements on setting 2 & 3. I really was thinking of returning it. I got up the next morning and tried again. This time the Pilot light looked much better and made the first element glow quite quickly. I tried setting 2 & 3, and they lit up as expected and gave off a tremendous amount of heat. I looked again at the documentation that came with the heater and noticed that it recommended lighting the fire after a couple of minutes after turning on the regulator tap. Leaving the lighting till the next morning may have had a similar effect, allowing the bottle to acclimatise to the room temp after being stored outside for who knows how long.🤔 The only niggle is, the heat setting knob is a little fiddly. (4 stars instead of 5) The best thing is the battery operated igniter. Effortless starting, and quiet too. 👌

I got this delivered beginning of October and it’s now nearly end of December so thought I’d give this a fair review. I have found this very nice to have over the winter months. I have had it on almost everyday for hour or two with no problems turning it on. I got a 13kg bottle on the 3 October when I received the heater and only just had to exchange it yesterday. So it’s lasted me roughly 3 months in a medium sized room with the heater on one bar sometimes two. Also what I love about this heater i tried to heat my bedroom up with it before I went to bed but it did not like this and kept cutting out because of the oxygen safety feature. So it’s back in the medium room. Ok now the bad parts. 1/ when you’re putting the full gas bottle in and also putting safety bar back on the heater does feel a tad flimsy. But I have found if you’re gentle and not heavy handed just throwing the bottle in’ it will be ok not flimsy when safety bars back on. 2/ The wheels are not the greatest on carpets or rugs it’s kind of hard to push around with a full bottle in. Fine on tiled and wooden floors . That being said I have had no trouble with this heater and would recommend it to other customers.

Love it. It's easy to move around. Starts easily with electric starter, safe to use - auto shut off if the oxygen levels in the room get too life. Warms the room very quickly even in the lowest setting.

We have all-electric storage heaters which are hideously expensive to run in a big house. Since buying this bit of kit we've been able to set these to a minimum and periodically boost the heat in the room we're using based on our needs at any time. Easy to use and a great money saver.

Im not the only one that's had this issue please read the negative reviews for this product and its the same issues. Its dangerous and a potential fire hazard the metal holding the back wheels are not strong enough for the weight of the bottle. The wheels end up locking and being bent inwards which means you cant move the heater due to the wheels and its not level so the heater with the bottle can topple over easily. This is so dangerous why has nothing been done about this design fault? If you care about the people who the heater are for then don't buy this brand as its cheap flimsy material which isn't up for the job. It wont let be contact the seller so I have no way of contacting them will have to report the issue due to the health and safety issues. DO NOT BUY...
