After about a week of taking this I noticed a change in blood sugar. You still have to watch what you eat and try not to eat after a certain time that also helps

how many capsules do you take in one day?

It depends on dosage. I personally never take more than the dosage and sometimes just half the dosage. I also go 2 days a week and take nothing to reset my body chemistry. bradley
