Work for 2 years and then fell apart

Great for Christmas display

I bought two sets of lights and installed them on an outdoor 10’ xmas tree. They did well in the rain and snow environment but I noticed one strand of lights repeatedly turned off on its own. Thinking it was defective, I bought a third set and was authorized to return the set I believed was defective. The root problem was a lack of information, the minimal instructions did not indicate that holding down the remote/plug button for a few seconds triggered a timer to shut off automatically. The timer “on” function is indicated by this light button on the remote/plug. Typical Chinese product: good hardware poor instructions. Now I have three sets for next year.

Been wanting to get something like this for the yard to make my wife happy. For the price on this I could not be more pleased. The unit came packed well and was easy to prep for install. I recommend mounting the star first before you undo all the strings to keep them away from the steps of the ladder and creating a safety hazard for yourself. I place the top of the star between 9-10’ up on the palm tree and I used heavy thing to tie it in place, worked like a charm and I’m very pleased with ll of the cool color changes and patterns it goes through, much more than I expected! Very pleased with this item. Easy to put up, lights are bright, and there are multiple light settings. Held up well in rain and wind. I would suggest unwinding and placing one strand at a time. I made the mistake of unwinding them all at once and they got tangled in each other. Only complaint I have is that the remote has to be fairly close for it to work. Other than that, great item!

this doesn't work..put it up,,no good..this is the second one I purchased now..very disappointed

Worked well and looked very pretty. I love that you can change the lighting effects on it.
