This vanilla extract is excellent quality and has a really nice, natural flavour. I’ve mainly used it for baking and making ice cream, and it adds a lovely depth without tasting artificial or overpowering. You can tell it’s made from good quality vanilla beans. Bottle glass is thick so unlikely to break or leak. The bottle is a good size and a little goes a long way, so it should last a long time. For the price, the value for money is very good considering the quality. A great vanilla extract that I’d happily keep using.

.....have noticed a change in the taste. I've been buying this, the powder, paste and pods on and off for since 2020, including via subscribe & save which I recently renewed. It has a lovely pure vanilla taste but I feel it is now weaker. Also note that the alcohol % isn't mentioned. Others at least state the 35% ethanol content in the ingredients list. Someone else pointed out the bean paste ingredients list on the jar differs from the listing on Amazon. I have queried this with Amazon and hope these things get put right because I do think this is one of the best in terms of the purity of the vanilla taste, but the ingredients surely must be transparent?

I bought this vanilla extract for use in baking. Has a sweet and clean vanilla aroma and is standard strength, one teaspoon should suffice for most recipes to give them a pleasant vanilla flavour. Vanilla is an expensive product and this extract reflects that, but the bottle did last me a few months. Would probably purchase again

Delicious. I use a drop or two in my apple and cinnamon tea, which elevates the flavour massively. I would prefer a dropper so I can control the amount; you have to have a steady hand to deliver a drop or two on a teaspoon. But that's nothing to do with the taste and flavour, which is excellent.

Not much smell and very watery with hardly any vanilla flavor. Had to use double the quantity to get the desired result.

Vanilla extract can be pricy for good quality. It can also be less expensive. One gets what one pays for. In this case, it's a solid product-great value for money, bakes well, and flavour stays with whatever you may use it for, hot or cold.
