Beautiful and heavy!
Better than I ever could have hoped for! Visible hinges are so hard to find, let alone hinges this gorgeous. They came with a lot of extra tacks, which I really appreciate, and they seem high quality. However (and this may just be an issue of the type of wood I installed these into), I had a hard time hammering them in, and I also didn’t want to risk damaging the hinges by missing my mark. So I ended up drilling little pilot holes, inserting the tacks, and using wood glue+little clamps to fasten them in place.

Not for a normal cabinet install.
These are absolutely stunning. They unfortunately would not work for my cabinet make over but I tried amevery way possible to see if I could make them. In the end I did have to return them but by no fault of the product. If your looking for a stunning piece don't look any further.

They are ok for small doors like jewelry box because they are much smaller than they stated they would be.

Je recherchais des charnières qui ont du style. Le look antique est parfait et les charnières ont de magnifiques détails. Elles soutiennent une porte moustiquaire en bois et je voulais un look délicat. C'est vraiment parfait. Matériel d'excellente qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Beautiful but I can’t use them for my project
These are for inside the cabinet, not on the outside of a cabinet. No one will see the beautiful detail of the hinges unless they open the cabinet.

2 right side hinges, and 2 left... but need 4 left side hinges for my project.
Order customization would be nice. They are so nice, and heavy enough duty, but 2/ 4 of them I can't use for my project because they are right side hinges, when I only need 4 pairs of left side hinges. Wish I had known before purchasing, and wish I could customize to only buy the left side hinges I need. I'm torn between returning, or buying more to get 4 left side hinges... but then i'll have 4 right side hinges i dont need... i will try to contact seller first I think...
