Someone asked this question first but, will the argb leds work with corsair icue? if so, how?

It depends on a lot of factors. How you are planning on hooking it up, what the parts you have are, etc. It doesn't directly work with ICue, and no fan will. If your motherboard is detected by ICue (or any other product with an RGB header out) and you hook this fan to that product, it should be able to be controlled just fine.

Is this compatible with the haf 500 argb included fan controller?

If it is a three-pin---yes---but your motherboard has to be ARGB compatible to work, and not RGB.
