Cute, good quality, little mess and can do over and over. Perfect for my 3 year old. Has large and small pom poms, with 3 pictures to make, googly eyes and string to hang them. He had some trouble getting the smaller pom poms pushed in but he figured it out by the third one. Good value for money, and it kept him busy for little while.

I love this toy! It’s basically a sturdy cardboard cutout printed with color illustration of the animals, with holes that correspond to pom-pons of various colors. The kids sort out the fuzzy balls by color and size and simply poke them into the big and small holes with their fingers. It did take a little help to show 3YO grandson just how to press it in, but it was a low frustration and he quickly got the hang of it. Former first grade teacher here, and I know building hand and finger strength helps with pencil grip, handwriting and cutting later. What a fun way to address those needs integrated into a high interest activity. It takes just a few minutes to complete the picture- so it highly satisfying. Adults could even take turns inserting a size or color alternately, if your child needs a little assistance- at first. The best part is , you can poke out the balls and it’s ready for next time! You can also leave it in tact and display, if you desire… kit comes with string to hang each cutout. We like to play again and again, sometimes switching colors or making our own pattern. It’s somewhat open-ended. This is definitely a nice gift for a birthday party! Good value, for sure!

These are so cute and the pom poms are very plush. I use this repeatedly at work and just poke the pom poms out of the holes. It took the child using it a few tries to get the hang of pushing the pom pom into the holes.

It’s a good activity for 2 - 3 year olds since it is reusable. And kids like to do it over and over.

I got these for my 2-3 year old as a Christmas gift, and he loves them! I love it because it's not a one and done craft. He can do it as many times as he wants. It's easy to put together, but gives him a little time out to get creative. It's a nice thick material, and the pom poms stick inside nicely without falling out. It's the perfect size for him and seems pretty durable. It's a great gift for it's value, and also great for creativity.

This was super cute and no mess which was really nice for traveling to an Airbnb. Also, you can easily take it apart and do it again!

I ended up returning this Pom Pom kit because it was too difficult for my 3-year-old to push the Pom Poms into the holes. We bought it hoping it would be a better fit for his age, especially since his sister has a different brand and wouldn’t share hers. Unfortunately, he lost interest quickly because it was too challenging, so it didn’t meet our expectations. It might work better for slightly older children, but for a younger toddler, it was frustrating rather than fun.
