Will this fit a blue yeti mic?

If your using the Blue Yeti desktop mic stand I think you would have issues with where to attache it. It is a simple clamp designed to go on a boom or regular floor stand mic. It is a great pop screen. Since it is steel it is much easier to clean and I think it sounds more transparent than a fabric pop screen.

Will the filter work with the label upside down?

Absolutely. The louvers will simply deflect air in a different direction, away from the capsule. It's theoretically possible to place a louvered pop filter in a location that will exacerbate the problem, but that's easily avoided by centering the mic behind the filter, and not placing the filter too close to the mic.

What is the size/pitch of the screw ends of the gooseneck? It's neither 1/4-20 nor 3/8-16.

Mine is 1/4-20. Don’t know if it has changed or not. Bought mine over 10 years ago.
