Mixes well, taste is fine, there are not many boxes that a mass gainer needs to check. Directions for serving size are wildly inaccurate though. 1 levelled scoop is approx. ~100g. 1 heaping scoop is approx. ~120g. Heaping scoop is nowhere near the 165g of the serving size so be ready to do math to figure out how much you actually need to use.

Once again, Optimum Nutrition has a winner. To give you an idea of my lifestyle so you can make a comparison, my style of weight-lifting, eating, etc. is more of a "clean-bulking" program. Many will say the concept of the clean bulk is a myth, but I've done it. Is it perfect? Nah, but it works for me. I watch my diet all the time but am no calorie-counting zealot. I exercise every day of the week with five weight lifting sessions and three half-hour interval training cardio sessions (one day is combined of course). I am 5'6" and weigh 138 lbs with about 7% body fat. I am no expert on fitness but I've made it to where I am and I'm proud of it. So this review won't be the most scientific post on Amazon. First off, this is a GAINER protein. I will say that again because it merits repeating. GAINER. Despite it being visible in gigantic green letters on the package, and in the name, and in the description, I am sure some people managed to glaze over this. This is a higher calorie protein while being lower in fat, sugars, etc. so lean mass can be put on. You will put on some great muscle growth if used appropriately with exercise and proper diet. Despite the fact it's a lean gainer, some loss in definition is inevitable. Not all of those calories will go straight towards building muscle mass alone. I have been using this protein since November 2013 and I have seen some great improvements in my muscle gains and my strength shot through the roof. I am sure having the extra calories from the protein to increase muscle growth attributed to those results. Now I did experience some minor loss in definition with this protein since it is after all a GAINER; even with my constant clean diet not all of the calories went straight to my muscles some of it inevitably went to my fat reserves, particularly around the mid-section of course, but the loss in tone was minor. All in all I am thrilled with the results that this protein gave me and how much it bulked up my muscles with such little change to my "aesthetics" so to speak. The protein tastes fine. I am so sick of seeing "THIS PROTEIN DOESN'T TASTE LIKE CANDY. ONE STAR. THIS IS GROSS DO NOT BUY." If you want a candy like taste then go eat chocolate. This is a protein. If it has all the sugars and flavor additives then guess what? It defeats the purpose. Is it the best tasting one I've had? No, but I don't really care. It did it's job and that's what matters. I highly recommend this protein if you're looking to increase muscle mass without adding as much "other mass" AKA lean mass. The price is also a steal for 10 lbs. Pro Tip: If you open the box they ship it in with a knife, be careful. I learned the hard way.

Got this for my husband as he’s been looking for a heavier protein powder as well as to gain some weight. The scoop is massive HOWEVER my husband swears it’s one of the best protein powders he’s ever had. He said it mixes beautifully no clumping so sandy texture just pure chocolate goodness. Hit doesn’t leave you with that extremely stuffed feeling at all he says. We bought the 10lb bag will update on results after he finishes the bag.

OVERVIEW: I've always been at a constant weight for the past 5 years hanging around 150lbs. Before I started taking this about 2 weeks ago, I weighed 150lbs. I was doing one of those Kris Gethin muscle mass workouts for about 2 weeks in as well taking pretty much just Whey as my supplemental protein. I began taking the Pro Complex Gainer twice a day with 1 shake right in the morning and 1 before bed. I found this has helped buffer my entire day with constant protein intake. This is where it helped me the most. I had a hard time hitting those ridiculous 3000 calorie marks while trying to eat just brown rice and chicken, but adding in 2 shakes brought me almost half way there. I ate normally throughout the day as this stuff doesn't sit heavy in your stomach. I found this a huge plus since I hate that bloated sluggish feeling. So that left me with 1800 calories to get to which isn't terribly difficult as I'm eating yogurt, brown rice, nuts, and chicken throughout the day. And on training days, I'll have 1 pre-workout shake and 1 post-workout shake containing protein so I would surely hit my protein marks by this time. TASTE: This is by far the tastiest of the protein drinks I've had without having to mix in fruits and yogurt and what not into it. Double Chocolate flavor is a must. PERFORMANCE: I'm at 154lbs in just 2 weeks and mostly in muscle gains so I'm excited to see where this takes me. COST: This stuff can get costly since I noticed that you supposedly need about 5 regular scoops of what you use from the Whey Protein tub to make up just 1 serving of this stuff! The scoop for this protein is like a SHOVEL. I don't even understand how you can scoop this stuff out and pour it into any cup. So I end up using the extra plastic scoop from my other whey protein to get this stuff into my bottle. Given the large serving size, I'm 3/4 done with my tub so I will likely need to buy the 10lb bag next time.

BEST gainer ever!! I really recommend it!! Flavor is great and gains are awesome!dissolves easily ,energy Level is great..I combine it with monohydrate creatine by ON,it’s a great combination and of course with a good diet,works for me,but every body is different,Try to buy specific from the ON store,it is more secure that you going to get what u pay for.

The packaging was great and genuine product. This product only will work when you have strict diet.

I did like the taste It’s not too sweet like other gainers which is good I didn’t like that one serving is almost two scoop One scoop is (100gm)

ON has never disappointed.

Might be original but can't see any effects had used whey protein in past which was better as per me

The best in terms of lean muscle mass and strength build up!! 10/10
