LIFE CHANGING!!! works instantly sometimes my teeth hurt so bad I can’t even sleep. It’s a little minty taste and in 1 minute numbs my pain. Don’t put so much in one go you can numb your tongue and can be kinda hard to swallow but it won’t last long so u can re apply it. I don’t know if it was just me? but I couldn’t get the cap to screw open so I cut it. Otherwise 10/10!!

This Product is Awesome! Don't wait, its worth it :) It comes in a cream form not messy or greasy & numbing quality is high & works Very WELL, better than the othe two Oragel made before this. It doesn't numb your whole face stays put longer in area needed. I had no adverse reaction's to it. 5 stars give 6 if there were an option to do so :) thanks again!

It works perfectly good, but I feel like it wears off too fast! Take away the pain for a bit, but like I said, in the beginning, it wears off too fast

Tired of tooth pain? I was! I got back from the endodontist and knew I needed more than Advil to feel comfortable for a few days. I had been looking at this before when I was considering a redo of my root canal and it arrived soon after I had the procedure done. Since it can take about a week for pain to subside I rubbed some of this on my tooth and gums with my finger. That worked best. If you apply straight from the tube you are not going to get the cream on the right spot and it will just slip off! I found it numbed the tooth and gums nicely and made the pain go away. You do however need VERY LITTLE of this cream. I found it did numb a little of my tongue on the right side right where the tooth touched the tongue but it was not debilitating or anything. The relief I felt using this was worth the price! I did tend to use this about four times a day and that was enough. But definitely see your dentist if you have tooth pain. I have TMJ and i have one front tooth that is down to the nerve in one spot. I’ve had it filled. Sometimes the nerve will be set off and hurts just as bad as cavity. The Oracle 4X is a lifesaver. I can use it to numb that spot until I can get the pressure off.
