Hot It's Not
Shipped quickly, worked, no problems. I was hoping that the optical power of the dot, focused, would be enough to, at least, make me say, "Ouch" - however - it's not that powerful. (My pic shows the dot via the smartphone imager, but you can't see it otherwise.) The circuit board that's attached gets pretty hot, and the wires, but not the desired result. Infrared doesn't equate to 'heat', at least not at this level.

Not a Dot IR Laser
This product works well BUT I received a bar IR laser and NOT a dot IR laser so I need to now purchase something else. Plan accordingly if this matters to you.
