Hi Garrett, thank you for the question. Zeolite does not remove essential minerals from your body. This is because essential minerals are neutrally charged. Zeolite is a mineral with a natural negative charge and thus only draws things that are positively charged. We do however recommend that you take Zeolite in the morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast so as not to have competing functions like digestion etc. going on while your body assimilates the Zeolite. Our Zeolite is micronized so not only does it work in the stomach, but it also gets into the blood stream as well! But you can certainly take it with breakfast if you so desire.
