I’ve tried a few different ways to keep everything in place, and this one has worked better than most. Sizing was right on for me. It fits snug like it should, but still comfortable enough to wear all day without really thinking about it. The material is soft and feels solid—not thin or cheap—and I like that they offer a few color options. It does what it’s supposed to do. Keeps everything tucked in and doesn’t shift around during the day. It definitely helps with sagging too. The only thing I’d mention is if you go too tight, it can kind of limit how much things can expand as they absorb, so it’s worth getting the sizing right. The snaps are sturdy and feel like they’ll hold up over time. I change on my own, and while they’re not difficult, they can take a second to line up and snap back together. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. If I could change anything, I’d probably want a version in a moisture-wicking or more athletic-type fabric. The cotton is comfortable, but something cooler would be nice, especially in warmer weather. Overall, it’s something I wear regularly now. It works, it’s comfortable, and it does a good job without being noticeable.

Their size recommendation was a little off, so I had to exchange the first one for a size smaller, but this Leakmaster short sleeve onesie is great. It’s well made with durable, soft fabric and very comfortable. The shrinkage after the first wash is minimal. Now that I know the correct size, I’ll be ordering more.

Very good product and helps conceal my diaper and diaper sagging. Handle the snaps with care and will last a long time. When machine washing secure the snaps together to protect them. Slight shrinking but helps with a better fit in the crotch area. Will be buying again.

This was purchased for my wife, who has dementia and is incontinent. She's 5'2" and 117 lb. and the small size fitted perfectly. She wears it over her Depends and Booster Pad at night. I purchased three, white, pink and blue. I'm very pleased with them. Soft and well made. I'll likely order a couple more.

I wear diapers and wearing a onesie helps keeping my diaper snug. Sometimes onesie's with snaps on the crotch can lead to chafing if I am walking a lot. This onsie snaps in the front so I never chafe

After snapping and unsnapping it 6-7 times the snaps are starting to rip out. I try to pull carefully but am amazed the snaps gave out before the first washing! The material is soft, they look and feel good. But how do I fix snaps?

I am very happy with the fit of this item. It does the job of helping hold a diaper in place very well and I will be ordering more. Unfortunately the snaps are not great as others have said. 2 had pulled out on the first day of me owning it. I went ahead and replaced the snaps with larger higher quality ones and it has been great.
