Has anyone had a problem with this conditioner being SO thick it would not squeeze out? Maybe old or not genuine?

I had the same problem. I order the smaller 2 oz bottle because its easier to get the conditioner out but literally have to bite the bottle with my teeth sometimes to get it to come out.
