Great soup base! Very flavorful
Fantastic brother! Deep flavor well balanced. My family loved this and it required no additional seasoning additions to be deep and flavorful. This is a great value for the price! The size was perfect for small to medium hotpot kettle. Instructions could not have been easier to use.

Would buy again
It was really good, would buy again and recommend but may have to add some spice or flavor.. I added ginger and garlic and then for my bowl some Korean pepper flakes. All in all it was worth the cost and my guests were happy.

Great for hot pot
So far this is our favorite soup base we have used to make a hot pot. Adds a great flavor to the soup.

Delicious!
You have to try this base, it was absolutely delicious! I put it in my crock pot with noodles, enoki mushrooms and rice cakes! It was so good!

Delicious and Plentiful
The best tonkatsu-ish hot pot soup I've found! It tastes a LOT like the soup at my favorite hot pot restaurant in Chicago, so I was thrilled. It also makes A LOT compared to some other soup bases that I've purchased. Next time, I'll mix it as directed and then save half of it for another time.

delicious tonkotsu taste
I used this to add a rich tonkotsu pork broth taste to my ham and pinto beans recipe. IT WAS A GREAT IDEA! i used to hate that food bc my family always made it really bland, but this added so much flavor, even more than when I use chicken or veg stock. 1 pack was perfect for a family size crockpot, otherwise, use half and freeze the rest for later. flavor is very concentrated.
