This thing is wonderful. It's light-weight, folds up nicely, is cute and easy to wash. You could remove the rubber pieces each time and fold it down real small, but we keep em on and just fold it flat the once and it stores nicely in the back of our diaper bag. It's really made it easier for my little one to use public restrooms without the fear of falling in. It's fit on every potty it's ever been on with no issue. She likes being able to use "big pottys" like a big girl- I think it makes her feel a bit more independent even if I do still have to help her get up on it when she goes.

This has became my daughter’s favorite seat which made her so much more comfortable using the potty. It’s sturdy on the potty. No issues with pinching since it has the rubber that wraps around the folds and it’s strong sturdy and doesn’t move either. Easy to clean and I appreciate the travel bag. The purpose of this purchase was for when we left home, but she quickly decided she didn’t care for her other potty because she wasn’t fully comfortable on it. Safe to say her fear wasn’t potty related, I just needed another potty that she felt comfortable on. I’m glad i purchased this and I will continue to recommend to friends and family.

I use this for the first time on a recent trip for my daughter at the recommendation of a family member. I used it at the hotel and airport bathroom toilets, and it fit well in both. Depending on your child, if your child is capable of selecting their own design or character, that helps in the use of it and my daughter’s willingness to sit on it. She wants to bring it everywhere we go and wants to use it at home. it folds up to a very small seat which is great for the diaper bag. Very important detail here and that you use the rubber straps around the hinges to avoid the pinching just as advertised. Extremely important piece there to not throw them away and put them on correctly. The rubber bands around the hinges do not infringe on folding up the item which I would estimate at 6 x 8”. The rubber bands stay in place when you open it up for use or when you close it for storage. I highly recommend this product.

I got this for my daughter as she is currently potty training. I hate when we are out in public and she has to potty on the public seats. I have to help hold her up while making sure she keeps her hands off the seat. Not anymore. This is the best purchase ever!! It has the grips on the bottom that keeps it from sliding around. I give four stars and not five because depending on the type of toilet it doesn’t always sit flush and comfortably but it still beats the alternative. Folds up beautifully. Has the things to keep from pinching your child. All while having an adorable design. Oh and it comes with a perfect little travel bag so I keep it in our diaper bag and it takes up no room at all

My 3 year old granddaughter approves! She feels secure when she sits down which was a major concern. She loves the unicorn ! It’s been very convenient to travel with since it folds up into its own pouch. No more hovering over a gas station toilet holding a 40lb kid ! The price was very reasonable.

Is the headline a little dramatic? Maybe. Do I feel that extremely about a little tiger travel potty seat? I do. This potty seat has come in handy in so many situations I have lost track. It is small and convenient enough to stick in my wet/dry diaper bag along with wipes. My toddler is very cautious when it comes to going potty in public. Aren't we all? He picked this cute seat out and is not afraid to go poopoo now when he needs to because he knows we have it in the bag with us. He has used it at friends' houses, in hotel rooms, at the airport, at the zoo, etc. It is a brilliant design and even though it breaks down, it is sturdy enough to make him feel safe sitting on it. I bought a different brand potty trainer seat and discovered it slipped around, so I decided to look for another brand and came across the Hippopotamus. I absolutely love it! The little rubber bands that fit around the sides help keep the seat from slipping (the other brand I bought was identical in that it had the little grips on the ears and bottom and had the little flaps that flip out to help keep it in place, but it didn't come with the rubber bands that fit around the middle section on both sides). My toddler loves it because of the cute animal shape and is more comfortable using it since it doesn't slide/slip around. This one is a keeper! We are preparing to potty train our almost 22 month old toddler, and we wanted a seat small enough to carry with me in my diaper bag or in the stroller to use when we are in public places. This seat also fits great on our portable collapsible camping toilet (also purchased on Amazon), making it very functional. It appears to be good quality and thickness, but only time will tell how it holds up.

I like how small it is to just fit on the side pocket of diaper bag.I put it in the zip loc with the alcohol wipes. So we can clean it after use before we store it back to reduce the germs.My daughter likes it since she used it for the first time. She said it comfy and didn’t hurt her legs.She is just 2 years old so it has been difficult for me and my back holding her in toilet seat in public.I recommend this product!

It’s great for potty training. Specially when you’re outside, it has small bag which I carry everywhere. I lost it one time and purchased it again.
