These bars are everything. If you intermit fast you know sometimes it is hard. These bars you can have without breaking the fast and they do the trick. They taste great and they fill you up.. I love them so much . I have ordered directly from the company too.

I love these. You can really taste the cacao nibs. It's surprising they have so little sugar in them because they definitely taste sweet. They are NOT very filling compared to say a Cliff Bar, but if you are in a rush and you want to throw something in your bag that won't make you tired after eating, this is a great choice. I like that my 3-yo likes them too. Wish they were cheaper, obviously.

They were too pricey for me to use all the time.

I was excited for these bars to arrive because I love the Honey and Nut FastBar. They were awful. I took one bite and threw the rest of the bar away. I thought I would try another thinking it might taste better...it was rotten as well. Tasted like they'd been stored in a warehouse for you. The nuts and seeds tasted rancid. What's worse is I spent $30 and I can't return them.

I'm picky about bars, I've tried SO many. I love these! Love the taste, texture and ingredients. Also, you can use them with intermittent fasting. Check out the companies website, very interesting and high-quality product line.

This was very bland and I had to force myself to eat it for the health content during my fast. Wish it tasted better, but then it wouldn't be healthy (?)

I enjoyed the flavor of these bars. They are slightly chewy, with almost a date/fig-like texture along with a light crunch from the nuts. Since I gravitate towards anything with nuts and dark chocolate, they are quite tasty. I have one first thing in the morning and it gives me the energy boost needed before my hour-long workout. Keep in mind, they are not inexpensive, so that may be a deterrent for some.

I was skeptical when I saw coconut in the ingredients…. But it’s perfectly balanced!!!I love the natural sweetness and all the nuts in the bar. I fast a few days a week as part of my self care routine and these bars are perfect. They help my tummy stop making noises and help curve hunger after the long hours in between fasting!
