Yes!! You can take it apart by unscrewing the screws in back and then you'll have the skull face to make a mask like we did! My daughter used this for her wendigo costume.

It is all plastic. You would need to use a primer designed to stick to plastic.

Can it be mounted to a truck grill?

I'm sure it can be with the use of a bracket or ever zip ties through the grill

Each antler sticks out about 9" from the skull, approx 21" from end to end.
