I would think so. They're compliant with the Danish multicam, which is the same as the US.

Q: Are these shirts cut long, like my old Army browns (below butt) Do they shrink to hip line after wash? (will they stay tucked in after long term use)

Below butt is a bit of a stretch (pun intended) but they are longish? they stay tucked in for me.

Q: How close are the green ones to Army's new coyote brown?

There are much closer to OD green then coyote brown. But I have not seen the new Army CB yet.
