Good company to buy from
As advertised. Science says fish oil in a pill does absolutely nothing for you. Taking a pill cannot compare to people that actually EAT these fish routinely that have been shown to have good heart and joint health. However my hubby insists on these being "Wild" and "Alaskan" and this fits the bill. Piping Rock is a solid company we order many other supplements from.

Take 2 daily
Great stuff. I take it every day. Doctor told me to take fish oil. I taken some of that cheap stuff. So I looked around for the best that I could find. I've tried a few different ones but I believe this is the best I tried so far. I believe I'll stick to this one. I actually can tell the difference in how I feel. I give it 5 stars.

Energy boost
My fiancé and I both enjoy the energy boost we get from taking these. They seem to help move things along the digestive tract which is a great bonus. The pills aren’t tiny but still easy to swallow. A few burps after about an hour but nothing major. You want wild Alaskan salmon not farm raised. It was a good price for how many you get. Will buy again.
