What does this smell like?

Green tea but a very perfumey green tea scent. I didn’t like it too strong.

Is this shampoo for real? Not fake?

I ordered and received a shampoo & Conditioner in bottles and it was real, but I didn’t like it.

Did not realize shampoo was for color treated hari? Can it be used on virgin hair?

It can be for color treated or damaged hair. You could use it on virgin hair. I liked the smell of this shampoo but using both the shampoo and conditioner did not help my dry hair. I do have graying hair though. Would like it to be more emollient.

Both shampoo and conditioner I received today have half chipped pump head. Is it possible for a partial refund?

Why not reach out and ask them for two pumps? If you like the quality and scent?... That might be an easier fix. Who knows maybe they'll send you samples of newer products?
