Battery for Dell J1KND N5110 N7110 N5010 N4110 N4010 15R 17R

I got one of these a couple years ago for my 7110 and I always thought it was defective or incompatible with my Dell 7110 because it wouldn't charge. What would happen is that the battery light would alternately flash orange and white and the laptop wouldn't charge. So I figured I'd try another one so I ordered a new one and plopped it in and same behavior - no charge and wildly flashing battery light. I thought great my old 7110 is done and I need a new laptop. But before committing to a new laptop, I did some searching on this flashing light issue. Some folks said it was the power adapter but the bios recognized it as a 90w adapter. Others said it was the power jack - gets broken somehow. Others said it was Windows software, etc, etc... Somehow I stumbled across a Dell troubleshooting site and a person had posted a fix that corrected this issue on their 7110 - so I thought what have I got to lose (this only applies to the 7110 afaik so don't try this on other Dells and if you do, it's all on you!!!): Boot up Windows normally with AC adapter plugged in. While Windows is booted - remove the battery pack - yes - remove the battery pack while windows is running. Just take it out...do it! Windows continues to run but it will indicate that the battery is missing. Open Device Manager and click on the Batteries entry: Delete the AC adapter and the compliant batter y entries. Uninstall them completely. Reboot with the battery pack still out of the laptop and get to the Windows desktop. At this point the battery light should be out completely and there will be an X in the battery icon on the task bar. Now reinsert the battery pack - yes - put the battery back in the while Windows is running. Some things will happen. Reboot. When my 7110 came back up, the battery started charging and the light was a solid white while the battery charged. No orange/amber light was seen and it fully charged the new pack from 80% (out of the box) to 100% in about 30 minutes. So with all that said and done, I have two battery packs and a working laptop. These lithium packs are nice and pretty solid so I give them a 5. They fit without drama and seem to charge fast and hold a charge longer than the OEM pack did. Thanks

Please keep in mind, this is a, basic, standard battery replacement for my N7110 Dell laptop. It fits in the Dell Inspiron 17R N7110 perfectly; nice and snug with no wiggle. It keeps my laptop powered up to 3-hours before I plug it in for a charge. I have watched full-length dvd movies as well on a single charge using PowerDVD as player. If you require more than 2-3 hours of life out of your Dell laptop, you can always purchase a long-life battery, 40(+) Whr for $100(+) as well. So I was pretty worried throughout this entire process of purchasing a replacement battery for my laptop (Dell Inspiron N7110) and I was going back and forth between many different products, indecisive. I eventually settled on the NinjaBatt but I was mighty skeptical about it because who isn't when purchasing electronics right? I received my NinjaBatt battery very quickly and the packing for it was perfect. No problems with it. When I put the battery into my laptop, it turned on fine and there were no issues. It appears to work just fine (after one week of use) and I am happy with it. What kept it from me giving it 5 stars was the fact that the battery's life off the charger is not that impressive. I only get two hours off the charger. Perhaps that is due to some other factors as well, but that is essentially the same battery life that I got for my original battery. But hey, for this price and the fact that it saved me from needing a new laptop, I am happy.

Battery arrived as scheduled and seems to work as expected as a replacement for original Dell Vostro 3750 laptop battery.

When I charged and installed the battery it started showing static lines across the page immediately. I sent the seller an email about the issue. They sent me a list of options as to how I return it. I chose to have them pick it up at my house. This is the turn around schedule: I receive the first battery: 10-26-21 I contacted the supplier: 10-27-21 Supplier picked up the battery: 10-28-21 I received the new battery: 10-30-21 The new battery has been working fine. The price is exceptional compared to the cost of the original battery.

I purchased the NinjaBatt Laptop Battery for Dell J1KND Inspiron N5110 N7110 N5050 N7010 N5010 N4110 N4010 N5040 N5030 M5030 3520 15R 17R Vostro 1540 3750 3550 312-1201 312-0234 - High Performance [6 Cells/4400mAh] on February 19th and received it on February 21st. On February 23rd the battery was placed into the laptop (Vostro 1540) and the battery registered a 70% charge. Fifteen minutes later the battery ran down to 0%. We have been trying to charge the battery since then then but to no avail. There was no physical damage to the shipping box and we have tried using another charger. Contacted Amazon regarding the defective battery and was told to contact the seller who is telling me to contact Amazon. WTH!! $30 for a piece of junk and now the run-around to get the issue addressed. I sure didn't give them the run-around when it was time to pay so why am I getting the run-around to get a replacement or a refund?

The battery appears to be of good quality and fits well like the original oem battery. I have used for 2 weeks on and off. Everything is working well so far. Fully charges and hold a good charge. Tip: to calibrate battery, I initially fully charged this battery and left the charger connected for an additional hour. I then used my laptop on battery power (ac power off) until the low battery warning. Then fully charge the battery and use normally. Keep in mind there are other factors that affect battery life, such as a fan on high all the time, due to overheating (clean cpu fan and reapply thermal paste) or screen at maximum brightness. Really happy with purchase.

I am writing this review nearly a year after purchasing the item. This battery performs well, retaining charge for more than three hours. I genuinely did not anticipate such quality after twelve months. It is an authentic product. Installation is straightforward, as one would expect. It offers real value for money.

Et la batterie fonctionne de nouveau, ce qui protège des coupures de courant. L'ordinateur n'est pas une bête de course mais il suffit amplement avec une batterie neuve qui lui redonne une 2e vie pour un usage professionnel.
