Not a true one-size-fits-all. It really was too small, not enough coverage, even though the intention was to wear it over something. Wish there would have been more fabric or that that it was fuller.

Skirt does not go all the way around, it ties but only covers 1/3 of your body with so much string left over to tie it?? Product does not match the photos

Super cute! Wore it for Halloween and it held up very well. I really liked how the sequence ended at different lengths giving it a cute blended look.
