Received this very quickly after ordering and the test itself was quick and easy too. Instructions are clear and concise (and have pictures!) and I was able to follow along step by step. Was a little nervous about drawing the blood myself but the included lancets made it easy and only resulted in a quick sharp sting that went away pretty much instantly. For someone who has questions about their health but doesn't want to go through the process of getting tests done in person, this is a great way to get an idea of your personal status very conveniently.

I mailed this in 10 days ago and inquired at the 7 day mark. No results. They say they have not recieved it. I am annoyed.

I got this because it's cheaper than having my doctor order an A1c test. (My insurance doesn't cover a lot of lab work.) I am happy that I did and had no issues with any part of the test. It was worth every penny. I got the results (once they received the sample) in four days. I have no complaints or issues. I will be purchasing another one when it's time to check my A1c again.

I was very skeptical about the product at first. I was worried about a number of things such as how accurate the results would be, how long it would take to receive results, and whether it would be easy to follow the instructions. Needless to say, amongst all the uncertainties we’re facing in life right now, I am certain that this is a quality product. All my concerns were put to rest shortly after I shipped the box back and received my results via email. It was a painless and easy to follow process that I’d recommend for anyone.

completed the process for the blood sugar reading, and sent it in the addressed envelope provided, then wait, wait, wait,no notification of test results, finally their web site said , updating this website.......... still no response.They should have sent letters to customers letting them know the test results, but no !!!!!!!I've lost my money and precious time waiting for my A1c results. AMENDED REVIEW, I was contacted by the seller, they were sorry for the delay , and offered terms that restored my confidence in them. I will recommend .

I ordered this at home test from Amazon and received it quickly. Directions were easy to follow. I mailed my sample on a Monday and received results by email on Wednesday! Results are easy to read because they include my A1C level and a reference to what is considered a healthy range for A1C. I am able to view my result & consider whether or not I need to consult my general practitioner about it. The whole process was super simple and private! I would recommend this to family & friends.

This is a kit from hell, and the idea is also from the same place. Forget simple, forget doable: this requires the skill of a surgery room nurse, combined with the zeal of Dracula and the boldness of the founder of Theranos. Then the long (very long) wait begins, and the end of which they will send you an email saying the kit "lacks information." Basically, just don't do it. I know it sounds tempting, but it shouldn't. Get a real Dr. and a real lab. It will be worth every penny and effort, believe me.
