Sylvania ECO LED BR30 Light Bulb, 65W = 10W, Dimmable, Frosted Finish, 650 Lumens, 2700K, Soft White - 4 Pack (40870)

I bought these a few weeks ago as I needed to change two light bulbs set in a high kitchen ceiling. I received a tool (from Amazon) today to help easily replace them. The two packs of four I bought were well packaged and none were damaged upon delivery. I replaced the lights in the kitchen ceiling and these now provide a significant improvement in light throughout the kitchen. I bought the warm white, which is the same as those in the other light cans, which is not harsh at all, and provides good color rendition when preparing food. These are not LEDs but the life expectancy is still around seven years, so they will last a good while. I also discovered that they appear to be unbreakable, which was a boon, as I dropped two in the process of changing the bulbs out. One hit the granite countertop and then the hard floor, whereas the second fell directly into the hard floor (I had learned my lesson and placed a soft blanket on the floor - I recommend that for any high ceiling! GREAT BULBS, NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

When you renovate your home, you inevitably go with pot lights all over the place, and you will need bulbs. Lots of them. These tend to be some of the cheaper options out there, not to mention the ones with most bulbs per package. They are good quality and always seem to work, though contrary to what I've been told about led lights, they don't last forever (see YouTube videos on led bulb repair; a circuit breaks, just like on Xmas lights). Still these last as long as any I've seen and they have a nice slim design that's easy to handle when swapping them in. Recommended.

I have z-wave, dimmable switches and these provide better, brighter light than my old GE bulbs with all the same specs, but they do flicker, especially when you first turn the lights on.

These are bright, efficient, look good. No sound at all in operation. I found them so useful I re-ordered a pack, replacing the old incandescent lamps as they fail. Not expensive. Cheaper than buying at a hardware store by a lot.

I replaced the bulbs in my kitchen that were casting a yellowish tone. These 'daylight' bulbs have brightened things up considerably, great for kitchen.

I found that bulbs are great for dimming and they can dim all the way down to the point where they are just barely on without flickering. I found the bulbs to be brighter and physically lighter than the older LED dimmable bulbs that I was using.
