Just What I needed to do Physio Exercises
Bought these as recommend by my physio to undertake exercises to help my arthritis. I have used them for 6 months 4 x a week and they have definitely improved my hip mobility. Durable, strong and easy to use.

Advanced set - silver band missing.
Product not as described. Bought the advanced set. According to the product description there should have been a blue, black and silver band (ie 3 bands). However the silver band was missing and only got the other two (blue and black). Given the missing third band, this is over priced and poor value for money.
