This is definitely a good knife, and arrives well... But I would not call it 'super sharp'--I wish it were. No worries, it still is good quality, & comes with sharpening mechanism. It looks great, it works well. But the moniker 'super sharp' may not be entirely accurate.

This knife was a gift for my cook son. He loved this knife so much that he only uses it for special occasions. The rest of the time, it is clean and in the beautiful presentation box in which it came. This may not be the high-end Japanese equipment sold, but it is sharp and very beautiful. Worth every penny!

I’m a trained former chef, so I know knives. This baby is the sharpest I’ve ever come across. Be VERY careful using this knife. It’s so sharp that I sliced through a bagel so cleanly that I didn’t even notice it go through the top of my thumb. 3 stitches later and some PTSD keeps me on my toes now. With that said, this is also one of the most beautifully made knives I’ve ever seen. The teeth are a bit longer than any other serrated knife out there. The handle feels so secure and well made, like it’s all one piece with the blade. Two surprises were the design pattern on the metal part, it’s like a work of art, and the high end packaging. Absolutely beautiful. I would buy more by this brand for sure, but be very careful, use a cut resistant glove or some other type of precautionary method to keep your fingers!! Otherwise, an amazing quality knife for a fraction of the cost of major knife makers.

I got this for my son for Christmas. I asked last weekend how he is liking it and he couldn’t say enough positive in his review. The quality as the best knife he has ever used, hold its sharpness and as the main cook in his household said that slices everything from tomatoes, frozen meat with ease. The only con he had was that if he presses too hard it cuts through his plastic cutting boards but he needed to get new ones anyway.

No es un cuchillo profesional, pero es el tipo de cuchillo que deseas tener en tu cocina si cocinas de manera regular, es bastante firma muy bien afilado (inclusive debes tener cuidado cuando lo lavas) el afilador que incluye sirvió para mis otros cuchillos, en general la relacion calidad precio es bastante buena
